By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions and by all decisions of PTTC Training Complex, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, owners, contractors, and representatives of PTTC Training Complex, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible.

  • Participants must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  • Entries that violate these rules or applicable laws are void.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of eligibility and to disqualify entrants who fail to provide sufficient proof.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway opens December 1, 2025 at 1:00 PM EST and closes December 8, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”).

Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Entries are free. No purchase or payment is permitted or required.

Entrants may submit entries using any of the following methods:

A. Website Entry (Marketing Consent Required)

  • Entries may be submitted through the official PTTC Training Complex website.

  • To submit a valid website entry, entrants must provide contact information and consent to receive marketing communications from PTTC Training Complex.

  • Consent is required only for the validity of the website entry; entrants may opt out of marketing communications after the Giveaway concludes without affecting eligibility.

B. Facebook Entry

All of the following steps are required:

  1. Follow the official PTTC Facebook page.

  2. Like the Giveaway post.

  3. Share the Giveaway post publicly.

  4. Tag at least one person in the comments of the Giveaway post. Each person tagged counts as one (1) entry. There is no maximum number of tags or entries per person, but Sponsor reserves the right to void any entries it reasonably believes are fraudulent, fake, or otherwise invalid.

No marketing consent is required for Facebook entries.

C. In-Store Entry

  • Entries may be submitted in person at PTTC Training Complex during normal business hours.

  • Ask a representative for the in-store entry sheet.

Entry Limits

  • Entrants may participate using multiple entry methods; however, duplicate entries via the same method may be rejected.

  • Automated, fraudulent, or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

  • Sponsor has sole discretion to determine entry validity and may disqualify any entry for any reason.

5. Prize

Important: The prize will NOT be shipped. Winner must pick up the prize in person at PTTC Training Complex, 1206 E Main St, Reynoldsville, PA 15851.

Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any prize component becomes unavailable, Sponsor may replace it with a comparable item of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on December 10, 2025 after the Entry Period closes.

  • Winner will be notified by the contact information provided with their entry.

  • Winner must respond within 72 hours of notification.

  • If the winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, is ineligible, or fails to complete required forms, Sponsor may select an alternate winner or cancel the prize at its sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for missed communications due to spam filters, privacy settings, incorrect contact information, or technical failures.

7. Legal Compliance Requirements

Certain prize items may require:

  • Government-issued identification

  • Proof of age

  • Completion of applicable forms

  • Background checks

  • Compliance with federal, state, or local weapons laws

If the winner cannot legally possess any item in the prize package, that item will be forfeited and no replacement or compensation will be provided.
Failure to meet legal requirements results in immediate disqualification.

8. Marketing Consent

  • Online (website) entries require entrants to provide contact information and consent to receive marketing communications from PTTC Training Complex.

  • Consent is required only for the validity of the website entry.

  • Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time after the Giveaway has concluded without affecting eligibility or entry status.

  • No marketing consent is required for Facebook or in-store entries.

9. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the irrevocable right to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries

  • Technical malfunctions or failures

  • Unauthorized human intervention

  • Injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use

  • Failure of winner to comply with legal requirements related to prize items

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all claims arising from participation or prize receipt/usage.

11. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.

  • Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms, or submits entries that are fraudulent, fake, or otherwise invalid.

  • All decisions made by Sponsor regarding eligibility, disqualification, and winner selection are final and binding.

12. Privacy

Information collected through this Giveaway is used solely for administrative purposes and is handled in accordance with PTTC’s privacy practices.
Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment, marketing communications (for those who opted in), or legal compliance.

13. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Clearfield County, PA.
