PA Tactical Training Center (PTTC / PATTC) – Refund & Cancellation Policy

PA Tactical Training Center (“PTTC,” “PATTC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a small, locally owned business committed to providing quality products, training, and range services. While we strive to make every purchase a great experience, we must have clear policies to protect our business and ensure fairness for all customers.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website (www.pattc.net), by phone, or any online platform managed by PTTC. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy – All Sales Are Final

  • All online sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered after an order is completed.

  • Please carefully review product descriptions, requirements, and eligibility before purchasing.

2. Product Purchases (Firearms, Gear, Ammunition, Accessories)

  • Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty. If an item is defective or malfunctions, contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

  • We can assist in locating manufacturer warranty information; contact help@pattc.net or 814-612-2285.

  • Firearms, ammunition, safety gear, and other regulated items cannot be returned or exchanged once transferred, delivered, or opened, per Pennsylvania and federal law.

  • Shipping errors or visible damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Firearms and ammunition sales are subject to federal and Pennsylvania laws. If a buyer fails a background check, is underage, or is otherwise legally prohibited from completing a purchase, the order will be canceled. In these cases:

    • No refunds will be issued for any associated fees, including transfer, processing, or range fees.

    • Items will not be released until legal eligibility is verified.

  • By completing a purchase, you certify that you are legally eligible to purchase and possess the items under federal, state, and local law.

3. Range Passes and Memberships

  • Range passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Memberships may renew monthly or yearly depending on the plan chosen at signup.

    • To cancel, you must notify us at least five (5) days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.

    • Cancellations can be made by emailing help@pattc.net or calling 814-612-2285.

    • Partial refunds or credits for unused time are not provided. Membership remains active until the end of the paid period.

  • Membership benefits cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or applied to other products or services.

4. Training Classes, Courses, and Events

  • All training class registrations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • If you cannot attend a class, you must contact us at help@pattc.net or 814-612-2285 within 48 hours of the class/event for any reschedule request.

    • Reschedules are subject to availability and at PTTC’s discretion.

  • If PTTC cancels or postpones a class due to weather, safety, instructor availability, or other reasons, you will be offered a full reschedule or credit toward a future class.

  • No-shows will not receive refunds, credits, or reschedules.

5. Digital Products and Online Content

  • All sales of digital products, downloadable content, or online training materials are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

  • Please ensure your device meets any stated requirements before purchase.

6. Billing Issues, Disputes, and Unauthorized Charges

  • If you believe there is a billing error, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction, contact us immediately at help@pattc.net or 814-612-2285.

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in account suspension or denial of future services.

7. Dispute Resolution and Customer Support

  • PTTC is a small, Pennsylvania-based business and values fairness.

  • If you have an issue with a product, membership, or service:

    • Contact us directly before taking further action.

    • Most issues can be resolved quickly when we have the opportunity to help.

  • While our policy is strict to protect our operations, we strive to resolve issues in good faith whenever possible.

8. Compliance With Pennsylvania and Federal Law

  • This policy complies with all applicable Pennsylvania and federal consumer protection laws.

  • If any portion of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.

  • Nothing in this policy overrides your legal rights as a consumer.
