Range Pass Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 03/10/2026 (March 10th, 2026)

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Range Pass Membership Program offered by PTTC Training Complex ("PTTC", "we", "our", or "us"), located at 1206 E Main St, Reynoldsville, PA 15851. By purchasing or maintaining a Range Pass Membership ("Membership"), you ("Member") agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Program

PTTC offers recurring Range Pass Memberships that provide members with access to designated benefits, services, and privileges at the facility.

Membership tiers, benefits, and pricing may vary and are subject to change at PTTC’s discretion with reasonable notice to Members.

Membership benefits apply only while the Membership is active and in good standing.

2. Billing and Payment Authorization

By enrolling in a PTTC Range Pass Membership, you authorize PTTC to automatically charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly, annually, or otherwise specified at enrollment).

Members agree to maintain a valid and current payment method on file at all times.

3. Failed Payments and Automatic Cancellation

If a scheduled payment fails, PTTC will automatically attempt to process the payment again.

If two (2) consecutive payment attempts fail, the Membership will be automatically canceled without further notice.

Upon cancellation due to failed payment:

• All membership privileges immediately terminate
• Access to the facility and membership benefits ends immediately
• Reinstatement may require a new membership enrollment

4. Member Responsibility

Members agree to:

• Follow all PTTC range safety rules and policies
• Follow all applicable federal, state, and local firearm laws
• Conduct themselves in a safe and responsible manner at all times

PTTC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Membership immediately for:

• Unsafe conduct
• Violation of range rules
• Illegal activity
• Behavior that endangers others

Termination for safety or policy violations does not entitle the Member to a refund.

5. Non-Transferability

Range Pass Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual Member listed on the account unless otherwise specified by the specific membership tier.

Sharing, transferring, or misusing a Membership may result in immediate cancellation.

6. Membership Changes

PTTC reserves the right to:

• Modify Membership benefits
• Adjust pricing
• Modify operational policies
• Change Membership tiers

Any changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated to Members when reasonably possible.

7. USCCA Membership Benefit

USCCA Membership is an added benefit of your PTTC Range Membership.

You will receive an email confirmation when your USCCA Membership is activated.

USCCA Membership begins no later than the following week following your signup for PTTC Range Membership and continues for the duration of your PTTC Range Membership.

PTTC will share your personal information, including:

• First name
• Last name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address

with the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) for the purpose of activating your USCCA Membership benefit.

You agree that your personal information will be subject to the terms and conditions of the USCCA Privacy Policy:

Upon cancellation of your PTTC Range Membership, your USCCA Membership will also be cancelled.

A USCCA Membership cancellation notice will be provided to you via email by the USCCA.

8. Cancellation by Member

Members may cancel their Membership at any time.

Cancellation can be completed through any of the following methods:

Online: By logging into your account and navigating to the "Membership" tab
Email: passes@pattc.net
Phone: By contacting PTTC directly

Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge.

Membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

PTTC does not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.

9. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Participation in shooting sports and firearms training involves inherent risks.

By maintaining a Membership, the Member acknowledges and agrees that:

• Firearms use carries inherent dangers
• The Member voluntarily assumes all risks associated with range use
• PTTC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from Member participation except where prohibited by law

Members may be required to sign a separate Range Liability Waiver prior to using the facility.

10. Privacy

PTTC will collect and maintain personal information necessary to administer Membership services.

Information may be shared with trusted partners (such as USCCA) solely for the purpose of providing Membership benefits.

PTTC will not sell personal information to third parties.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Any legal disputes arising from this Agreement shall be handled within the appropriate courts located in Pennsylvania.

12. Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing, activating, or maintaining a PTTC Range Pass Membership, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By enrolling in a PTTC Range Pass Membership, you agree to first contact PTTC Training Complex to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider.

Members agree that filing a chargeback for a legitimate charge constitutes a violation of this Agreement.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for a valid charge, PTTC reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions:

• Immediate suspension or termination of the Membership
• Revocation of all Membership benefits and range privileges
• Permanent restriction or ban from PTTC facilities
• Recovery of the disputed amount, associated processing fees, and administrative costs

If a chargeback is filed, the Member agrees that PTTC may provide documentation to the payment processor to dispute the chargeback, including:

• These Terms and Conditions
• Proof of Membership enrollment
• Payment history
• Usage records or account activity

Members remain financially responsible for any legitimate charges incurred prior to cancellation.

Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be referred to a third-party collections service to recover outstanding balances and associated fees where permitted by law.

14. Recurring Payments and Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a PTTC Range Pass Membership, you acknowledge and agree that your Membership is a recurring subscription that will automatically renew according to the billing interval selected at the time of enrollment (such as monthly or annually).

Your payment method on file will be automatically charged on the scheduled billing date for each renewal period unless your Membership is cancelled prior to the next billing date.

You authorize PTTC Training Complex to securely store your payment information and to process recurring charges using the payment method you provide.

Recurring charges will continue until one of the following occurs:

• The Member cancels their Membership
• Payment fails and the Membership is automatically cancelled after two failed payment attempts
• PTTC terminates the Membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions

Members are responsible for ensuring that their payment information remains current and valid.

If your payment method expires, is declined, or becomes invalid, PTTC may attempt to contact you to update your billing information. Members may update their payment information at any time by contacting PTTC or requesting assistance at:

Members may also manage or cancel their Membership online by logging into their account and navigating to the “Membership” tab.

By enrolling in a PTTC Range Pass Membership, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these automatic renewal and recurring billing terms.
